My name is Haynes (pronounced Ha-ness) Morrison, and I reside in Georgia, with my family. I come from a very diverse background in the Caribbean (Martinique) and West Africa, which has allowed me to engage in international residential and outreach work. I obtained my BA in Psychology from the University of Massachusetts-Boston and my Master's in Social Work from the University of Pennsylvania. I am also a Ph.D. Candidate in Nonprofit Management with a Specialization in Leadership. I have fifteen-plus years of executive and senior leadership experience in residential care, community base-services, program auditing, implementing vital programs and activities to support NGOs' and for-profit missions, and evaluation and assessment experience. I also have facilitation of training, operations, and fiscal experience along with managing complex projects, drafting and evaluating policies, program development, implantation of multi counties programs, and developing high-performance measures.
