My name is Chan Henry, and I have been in the human sector for the past 6 years. I am currently a housing specialist with Urban Pathways, a nonprofit that works with at risk New Yorkers obtain housing and support to achieve and sustain independence. I am also an advocate with the #JustPay campaign, fighting for equitable and livable wages for human services workers. I have had the opportunity to speak at rallies, recently at City Hall in New York City with a turn out of 6,000+ of my fellow frontline workers across the sector. I am passionate about providing necessary care and support to individuals in need. I am passionate about social justice and the well being of my community and the members of it. I'm excited to see and speak with my fellow peers at the upcoming conference. Hope to see you all there!
