Deborah Lee is the HUD-VASH Regional Housing and Urban Development-Veterans Affairs Supportive Housing (HUD-VASH) Team at VA Central Office for Region 2 where she provides oversight and monitoring for VISNs 6,7,8,10,15,16, and 17. Ms. Lee previously worked as the VISN-6 Network Homeless Coordinator and has held several positions in the Health Care for Homeless Veterans Program. and has been employed by the Department of Veterans Affairs for 28 years.

Ms. Deborah Lee is a licensed clinical social worker with a specialization in substance abuse and aging. She graduated from East Carolina University, with a Bachelor of Science degree psychology in 1983. She received a Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology degree from North Carolina Central University in 1988. She also received a Master of Social Work degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 2003.
