Mande Ellison (she/her), Sr. Program Associate in the Affordable and Rural Housing Department and YHDP TA Lead for Collaborative Solutions Inc., has 20+ years of experience across the continuum of addressing homelessness and health equity. She has advocated at the national, state, and local levels on HIV care, equity, ending homelessness, and affordable housing development. She has developed advocacy toolkits, training curriculum, and federal, state and local profiles related to rural homelessness, capacity building, equity, and affordable housing development. Mande presents regularly as a Subject Matter Expert in Rural Homelessness, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, and the Youth Homelessness Demonstration Project.
