Marlisa Grogan is a Senior Program Specialist in HUD’s Office of Special Needs Assistance Programs (SNAPS). She is the Team Lead for the Emergency Solutions Grants (ESG) Program, and the SNAPS point of contact for infectious disease.  Her other responsibilities include serving as a desk officer for the Continuum of Care Program covering Maine, New Hampshire, New York, and Vermont. She received her Masters in Social Work from Columbia University School of Social Work. Marlisa served in the US Marine Corps from 2002-2006.
