Kathryn Primas (she/her) is an Associate with Abt Associates. She works on projects for the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, including coordinated entry technical assistance and the development of new interventions to help coordinated entry systems support the increase of resources made available to communities through COVID response programs. Additionally, her work focuses on the Youth Homelessness Demonstration Program and racial equity. Her experience includes operating, managing, and monitoring homeless programs, including emergency shelter, transitional housing, permanent housing, and community-based outreach. Kathryn received her B.A. in History from the University of Miami and Master of Social Work from Boston University. She earned her Doctor of Social Work from the University of Southern California.
