Emily Locklear, BSW, is the Executive Director at Southeastern Family Violence Center (SFVC) in Rural Robeson County, North Carolina. She is passionate about creating change and finding resources for domestic violence victims and other homeless populations.

Emily serves on NC Coalition Against Domestic Violence State Steering, NC Balance of State Continuum of Care Steering Committee, serves as the lead for the NC Balance of State Continuum of Care Region 8, and was appointed by Governor Roy Cooper to serve on the NC Inter-Agency Council for Coordinating Homeless Programs for the past 4 years to present.

Emily has a desire to empower people to succeed in life even through life’s struggles. She aims to see all people be the best that they can be and reach self-sufficiency at their level.
