Ben has worked in the social services world for over 20 years and has been training and developing multidisciplinary teams focused on crisis intervention, strength-based case management and creative problem solving for the past 15 years. Most recently, Ben has served as the "Housing Problem Solving" Program Manager for Crossroads RI and focuses on Homeless Prevention, Diversion and Rapid exit/resolution interventions to reduce inflow into the homelessness system. Ben lives in Rhode Island with his wife and 5 children.
