Ben Cattell Noll is a stay-at-home Dad to his 3-year-old daughter and on-call homeless services consultant with ICF International. Throughout his career, Ben has worked in a variety of roles in homeless services including serving as a permanent supportive housing case manager and assistant director for a rapid re-housing program in Washington, DC and as a technical assistance specialist with the National Alliance to End Homelessness. Now he provides technical assistance to HUD grantees across the country, helping them effectively implement Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG) and Continuum of Care (CoC) programs in their communities. He also serves on the board of a homeless services non-profit organization. Ben lives in Lancaster, Pennsylvania.
