Sharne Hairston is the Housing Resource Program Director for the YMCA of Central Ohio Rapid Rehousing Program. Sharne is a native of Columbus, Ohio she earned her Bachelors of Science from the University of Cincinnati. Once completing her degree she jumped right into her career in the Social Service sector. Over the last 13 years of her career she has developed a passion for helping and advocating for clients within a variety of social service sectors.  She has built relationships within the non-profit community that have aided in her mission to assist individuals experiencing poverty. As the Housing Resource Director her main goal is to advocate, connect, and to ensure clients with a variety of housing options in the face of adversity.
