Bio

Molly Richard (she/they) is a graduate student in Community Research and Action at Vanderbilt University. Molly focuses on the structural causes of homelessness, the needs of families, and addressing homelessness through a racial equity lens. In addition to working towards their degree, Molly is a consultant for Chicago Coalition for the Homeless’ Homelessness Data Project where she explores the extent of doubled-up homelessness across the country. Molly is also an Associate with Racial Equity Partners, supporting organizational and community needs assessments to advance racial equity in homelessness response. Prior to graduate school, Molly was a member of the research team at C4 Innovations.
